Las mujeres mas poderosas del mundo, quienes son y porqué


Angela Merkel, Hillary Clinton y Dilma Rousseff son las tres mujeres más poderosas del mundo.
La revista Forbes ha publicado su lista anual de las 100 mujeres más poderosas del mundo, un ránking que encabeza la mandataria alemana seguida de la secretaria de Estado de EEUU. La política copa el podio ya que en tercera posición se encuentra la la presidenta de Brasil, Dilma Rousseff.

La canciller alemana, Angela Merkel, vuelve a ser este año la mujer más poderosa del mundo, por delante de la Secretaria de Estado norteamericana, Hillary Clinton y la presidenta de Brasil, Dilma Rousseff. Las tres mandatarias encabezan el ranking anual de las 100 mujeres más poderosas del mundo elaborado por la revista Forbes.

La lista, compuesta por un centenar de mujeres del mundo de la política, el entretenimiento, la tecnología o las ONGs ha sido elaborada entorno a los criterios de: influencia, patrimonio personal y presencia en los medios.

Completan el listado nombres como Melinda Gates, co-presidenta de Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation y mujer de Bill Gates, en cuarto lugar y Jill Abramson, editora del New York Times en quinta posición. La número uno de 2010, Michelle Obama, baja hasta el séptimo lugar.

Entre las artistas, la cantante Beyonce ocupa el puesto número 32, la colombiana Shakira aparece en el número 40 y Angelina Jolie ocupa el puesto 66.

Las cien mujeres más poderosas del mundo tienen una media de edad de 55 años, proceden de 28 países diferentes y acumulan entre todas 90 millones de seguidores en twitter.

2) Hillary Clinton, secretaria de Estado de EE.UU.

3) Dilma Rouseff, presidenta de Brasil.

4) Melinda Gates, cofundadora de Fundación Bill & Melinda Gates.

5) Jill Abramson, directora del diario The New York Times.

6) Sonia Gandhi, presidenta del Partido del Congreso de India.

7) Michelle Obama, primera dama de EE.UU.

8) Christine Lagarde, directora gerente del FMI.

9) Janet Napolitano, secretaria de Seguridad Nacional de EE.UU.

10) Sheryl Sandberg, directora de operaciones de Facebook.
